How to wear (3) – summertime!

As if we would not believe that the summer has arrived, the weather gods provide us with a state-of-the art heat wave these days.

Monday evening I organized a Fulardo workshop at home and, honestly, there was only one place where the heat was bearable: in the back of the garden, in the shade of tall trees and with the cackling of our neighbour’s chickens as background music. Two extension cables of 30 meters and we could project :-). It appeared to be a nice place to share our scarf stories.

Indeed, even at 30 ° C and more, you should a scarf at hand.

Keep your head cool

And protect your hair! On the beach, in the sunbathing area, at your favourite festival, travelling in Brasil… tie a scarf around your beloved head.

 

 

No topless (sun)bathing

Did you forget to bring your swimsuit and bikini? No worries! You can make a bikini top in a flash. Bind your scarf from back to front. Make a knot at the front and Bob’s your uncle! If you have a larger scarf, you can put the ends upside behind your neck and knot them too.

 

 

Run out of tops?

Then you can make one in a second … two scarves and three knots!

 

Even if you have only one scarf you can make a top. Make a knot of the opposite tips of a carré 90X90 cm, put it in the back of your neck. Cross the scarf on the chest and make a knot with  the other two tips on your back.
