Scarf academy starts 19th of April
All my life I’ve been involved in training, and I gladly apply my insights to the Fulardo workshops.
Learning2Gthr
Already in secondary school my friend and I studied together every Saturday. It started with scientific drawing (I remember the ink-spots we tried to remove with a razor blade:-(). Next we held an interactive Q&A session on the laws of physics. During the week, I stayed at school every evening to study with about 100 pupils, under the all-seeing eye of Sister Tarcisius. Today studying with a buddy is again very popular with young people!
Learning by doing
Every day I take an on line French test, and I am proud to say that I have reached level 3 now. But in real life conversation, I feel like I’m stuck in level ‘elementary proficiency’. Yes indeed: practice makes perfect! You cannot learn to ride a car or knot a scarf merely by reading a book or viewing a tutorial. Only by riding the car and making the knot over and over again you will acquire the skill!
Peer2peer
Peers are people of your own level/group, and peer2peer learning means that you learn from those people. During my career as an event organizer, I often engaged a state of the art speaker, whose breaking insights would give my guests a huge competitive advantage. This keynote was introduced or or followed by a testimonial. Often the testimonial scored best, even if when the given insights were less innovative than those offered by the keynote.
There a only few seats left for the (Dutch speaking) workshop of April 19th. Would you like to join us? Just mail me.
